Ingredients:
โข 2 oz Uncle Nearest
โข ยฝ oz honey syrup
โข ยฝ oz fresh lemon juice
โข ~3โ4 oz hot water
โข Cinnamon stick
โข Lemon wedge *optional
Method
Warm your glass first by filling it with hot water, then discard.
Add Uncle Nearest, honey syrup, and lemon juice.
Top with fresh hot water (about 3โ4 oz, to taste) and stir gently.
Drop in a cinnamon stick and garnish with a lemon wedge.
Itโs like your favorite blanketโฆ but in a glass. โจ๐ฅ

โข 2 oz Uncle Nearest Rye
โข ยพ oz Amaro Averna
โข ยฝ oz pumpkin syrup
โข 2 dashes orange bitters
โข 1 oz whipped cream (canned works great!)
โข Dash of cinnamon

Add Uncle Nearest, Amaro, pumpkin syrup, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 10โ15 seconds, then strain into a glass. Top with whipped cream and finish with a dash of cinnamon. ๐ฎ๐พ๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐ถ๐๐น ๐๐๐ฟ๐๐!
