This underground Sydney bar has the most EPIC FLAMING COCKTAIL 🔥🤯 I've ever seen and this ICONIC DUMPLING TOWER!! 🥟🗼 Definitely get the Shanghai roller if you love a show or bold whiskey flavours. There's amazing signature drinks here including tequila bubble tea with popping pearls! 🧋🤩 For food, the dumpling tower is the smartest choice to try a variety and it's perfect for sharing. Everything came out steaming hot and the scallop and prawn har gow was my favourite. 🤤 I loved the prawn toast here too while the stuffed chicken wings and grilled wagyu beef mushroom skewers were so satisfying. This place has to be your next night out, 📍 this is Uncle Ming's in Sydney. Hidden underneath York Street, Uncle Ming’s seriously feels like a secret Chinatown back room 🍸🥟 We came for date night and left obsessed with the vibe. Their bottomless dumplings for $35 is actually such a steal, and you NEED to order the famous Ming’s Wings and prawn toast. The cocktails were also so good and matched the late night underground vibe perfectly.
