Writing a speech is challenging! Every sentence matters and the challenge was to make my point clear; easy to receive and relatable to the masses. Originally, it was a long list of thank you’s, my journey as a football player, coach O impressions, etc. But I found it difficult to not speak on unity. Hopefully you enjoy but understand the overall message.
I am deeply honored to be inducted into the 2026 Hall of Fame. This recognition means more than words can express. I’m sharing the second half of my speech.
