50Chng - Untitled. First recording from April 2025 for a Movement weekend gig. Multitracked and mixed live. A few tapes were passed out at the show. Personnel is Ian, Kevin and Matt.
50Chang - 25/25 Chang. Second recording from November 2025. A ‘holiday’ album. One take recorded to a modified PMD 222 sitting in the back of the basement. Unedited/unmixed. A few tapes passed out in the ‘holiday’ spirit. Personnel is Ben, Ian, Kevin and Matt.

The Glass Path ‘Cataleptics/Impedimenta’ c41 is out now.
Side A contains two title pieces that were recorded in 2025. Cataleptics was born out of a pulse generator, voice, tape set up. Impedimenta is the ‘greatest hits’ of loops I used for a handful of live shows in 2025, reworked and finalized in the studio.
Side B side is a live set recorded by Ryan Martin on 10/6/2024 at Lump Gallery while on tour. From start to finish, this show had an indelible magnetism and feel fortunate to have my set documented. The setup for this tour consisted of a tape reader(or wand), tape, synth, contact mics, and processors.

Irrational Tentent Repress/Reissues
A repress of Claire Cirocco’s ‘Drawing Circles Around the Center’ lp is now available. A domestic synth record for those reflecting on seasonal shift. Most likely the last chance to get your hands on this record if you haven’t already.
A reissue of The Moon Couple’s ‘Live in a room in Life Cliff Falls’ c36. Originally released on Alien Passengers in 2023. First offering from the duo with a second available soon.

Buddy Clique’s ‘Everybody’s Talkin’ About’ c52 is out today. The album consists of songs constructed with organ, drum machine, synthesizer and treatments. The first slide is a video for the first song, ‘Elba’. There’s 40+ minutes of video accompaniment that will be shared in installments.

Comically, this is his first solo release. An attention to detail and playfulness permeates all three mediums of this album, and Ian’s work as a whole.

Claire Cirocco’s ‘Drawing Circles Around the Center’ lp is out today. The record consists of songs constructed with synthesizer and voice. Side A was recorded in 2019. Side B in 2021. 205 white label records in matte jackets with paste on front/back covers with a full color insert.
Finally, a clear view of the artist after years of guise. This is the first solo record under her own name. The art, the title all point to this reveal. The record falls somewhere between Satie and Eklund.
Claire has releases both solo and as apart of groups: Comme a la Radio, Pearl Diver, XV, Cultural Fog, Living Modes, and The New Me.

Next Friday- 4/26 Hamilton. @bartonskreet and I open the evening as Shadow Glass. As you can see from the flyer, the Canadian Prairie all stars will be in town closing out the night. Feels kinda sorta big and fun. Hamilton is closer than you think.

Got a few little things going on these next couple weeks. Doing a home & home with @bartonskreet . Hamilton and Toronto on the 14th and 15th respectively. Detroit on the 22nd at Tympanum.
Fresh off a UK jaunt, Nate is a human of many monikers, Shadow Pattern this time around, and runs the confoundingly pleasurable Hamilton Tapes. We’ll be joined by @shelleyginkgo who is doing her first ever set as Water Damage. We reissued the og tape (2010) at the beginning of 2023. There will be copies of the reissue available as well as Nate’s Faded Ghost tape that was in that same winter batch.
