We’re really excited to bring Zenthai Shiatsu Community Sessions to Prana Wellness Hub 🤍
A simple space to slow down, receive, and reconnect with your body.
These are 1:1 personalised sessions held in a shared space — so you still receive individual support,
while being held in a calm, collective environment.
Zenthai Shiatsu is movement-based bodywork that works with the body through touch, gentle stretching and movement — helping release tension, improve mobility and calm the nervous system.
If your body’s been feeling tight, tired or a bit out of sync…this might be exactly what you need.
📍 Prana Wellness Hub, Mooloolaba
🗓 Wednesdays from 1 April
🕑 12.45pm-1.45pm and 2.15pm-3.15pm

Zenthai Shiatsu is a holistic form of movement-based bodywork — a practice of listening through movement, touch, and presence.
It weaves together Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage, and Osteopathic techniques to support balance in body, mind, and energy.
Through gentle stretching, rocking, rhythmic flow, and mindful touch, the body begins to unwind — releasing tension, restoring harmony, and reconnecting you to your natural rhythm.
Each session meets you where you are. Whether you’re seeking physical relief, emotional grounding, or simply space to breathe again, Zenthai Shiatsu offers a way back to balance and wholeness.
If this calls you, I'd love to support you on your journey.

Such a lovely day at the Prana Wellness Hub Wellness Day ✨
Shaun @bodhitera and I had such a great time offering mini Zenthai Shiatsu sessions, meeting so many lovely people, and sharing a glimpse into this work that we care so deeply about. It’s always special witnessing people slow down, soften, and leave feeling a little more grounded and relaxed.
A big thank you to @pranawellnesshub for all the work behind the scenes and for bringing together such a welcoming and supportive community. We’re so grateful to have been part of the day 🙏
If you’d like to experience a full session, you can join us for our weekly Zenthai Shiatsu Community Sessions on Wednesdays in Prana Wellness Hub, or book a private 1:1 session.

The more I give (and receive) Zenthai Shiatsu sessions, the more I fall in love with this beautiful practice.
There is still so much to learn, so much to refine — softening transitions, allowing one movement to flow naturally into the next like a dance.
And I think that’s part of what I love most about it.
It’s not something to “master” quickly.
It’s a practice of listening.
Of presence.
Of learning to feel rather than force.
Every body is different.
Every session is different.
And the more I slow down and tune in, the more I realise how much this work is about relationship — with the body, the breath, movement, and the nervous system.
There’s something really beautiful about witnessing the body soften when it feels safe enough to let go.
If you’ve been feeling tight, overwhelmed, disconnected from your body, or simply craving some space to slow down and receive, I’d love to welcome you into a session.🙏
Every session begins with a check-in.
Before any touch begins, we take time to connect.
A space to share what’s been happening in your body, your energy, and your life.
What’s feeling tight?
What feels depleted?
What’s asking for support right now?
We also explore any limits, sensitivities or boundaries that need to be honoured in the session.
This conversation helps tailor the session to meet your needs.
Together, we shape a clear intention for the session. It becomes a thread through the treatment — guiding where we focus, how we work, and what the body is ready to receive.
If this feels like the kind of support you’ve been needing, I’d love to welcome you to the mat 🤍
Breathwork has been a significant part of my own journey of reconnecting with the body.
It was one of the practices that helped me move out of my head and begin listening to what my body was actually communicating.
Over the past year, I've focused more deeply on bodywork through Zenthai Shiatsu. Through that, I’ve gained an even greater appreciation for how the body stores tension, protects itself, and knows how to release when given the right conditions.
Lately, returning to the basics of the breath has felt quietly powerful.
Not complicated techniques.
Just noticing the breath.
Softening tension.
Allowing the body to unwind.
Breathwork will absolutely continue to be part of what I offer — just in a way that feels more grounded, embodied, and integrated with the body.
Interestingly, autumn in Chinese Medicine is connected to the lungs — the organ of the breath.
So perhaps it’s no coincidence that this season feels like the right time to bring the breath back into focus.
More to come soon.🤍
Less is More...One of the principles I continue to return to within my Zenthai Shiatsu practice and my life.
It sounds simple, yet it can be surprisingly challenging in a world that often values speed, effort and constant productivity.
I notice time and time again — in sessions, in my own life, and in the people around me — that more effort is not always what creates change.
Sometimes it is the pause.
Sometimes it is slowing down.
Sometimes it is feeling what has been avoided.
Sometimes it is creating enough space for the body to respond naturally.
There is a quiet intelligence in the body that often reveals itself when we stop pushing.
What might become clearer if you gave yourself a little more space today?
I’m always looking for ways to deepen my own practice — not just through learning or practicing, but also through receiving.
A week ago, I had the chance to receive a Zenthai Shiatsu session from Gwyn @gwynzenthai , the founder of Zenthai Shiatsu… and it honestly felt really special.
There’s something about being on the mat with someone who has been living and breathing this work for over 25 years.
It showed me of what’s possible within this practice.
At the beginning, I noticed my mind trying to understand what was happening…how he was doing this or that gesture 😅
But once I let that go and allowed myself to be held in the experience, things started to shift.
Less thinking.
More feeling.
More receiving.
And that’s where the learning deepened.
I left feeling really inspired…and even more devoted to continuing to refine, explore, and embody this work. 🌱✨️
Autumn is truly here…The air feels a little cooler, and something begins to shift.
After the outward energy of summer, nature starts to slow down and prepare for a quieter rhythm.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this season is connected to the Metal element — representing clarity, discernment, and the ability to let go.
Just as trees release their leaves, this time of year can invite us to reflect on what we may be ready to release in our own lives.
Not everything is meant to be carried forward.
What are you ready to let go? 🍂

I’ve been thinking a lot about embodiment lately.
For me, it’s not just repetition and practice — it’s also understanding what you’re doing and why.
And then sharing it. Teaching it. That’s where it really lands.
Over the last few months I’ve supported a couple of Zenthai Shiatsu Level 1 courses and loved seeing people fall in love with the practice (and the community around it). So this felt like a natural next step.
This course wasn’t really about learning more.
It was about embodying the practice, re-connecting with the community — and building confidence showing up in front of others.
And something shifted. Less overthinking, more just showing up. Speaking, guiding, trying.
Even leading a yoga sequence and being okay not knowing everything.
Because it’s not about being perfect — it’s about being in it.
And honestly, the space and the people made all the difference. It felt safe to try, to stumble, to grow.
Thanks @gwynzenthai and Sally @elementsembodied and the lovely support team for holding and creating the space for the unfolding!
Very grateful for this experience 🤍
...Element-based workshops are in the making! 🌱✨️
Thanks @genghis_tuan for capturing some of those moments! 😊🙏
