We wanted to give real choices to matcha lovers
In Japan, three main regions define matcha—
Uji, Shizuoka, and Kagoshima.
We’re in the process of offering all three,
along with 2 different hojicha and 2 different genmaicha.
Importing directly from Japan wasn’t easy—
but we finally cleared customs yesterday for our first 3 matchas.
Each one tells a different story:
• Uji — deep umami, savory, silky, with a sweet finish
• Shizuoka — balanced, rich umami, full body, clean with no bitterness
• Kagoshima — naturally sweet, gentle, lightly grassy, very approachable
Same plant. Different expression.
