Each look at the UM Fashion Panel show drew inspiration from artwork displayed throughout the museum. Stylists pulled from the colors, textures, and feeling of each piece and reimagined them on the runway. See how each outfit reflects its inspiration when placed right beside the artwork that sparked it.

@umfashionpanel x @ummuseum collab!
Last night we hosted the UM Fashion Panel at the museum for a night of “Art in Motion”. Each look presented was inspired from a work displayed throughout the museum. Elements such as color, texture, form, and emotion from each original work inspired the stylists to create these outfits. From bold brushstrokes to subtle details, every outfit serves as a wearable extension of the art that surrounds us.
