The Nakba never ended. Today marks 78 years of mass expulsion of Palestinians. 💔
May 15 marks Nakba Day, a day of mourning of the forced displacement of over 750,000 Palestinians from their homes by Zionist forces in 1948.
The Nakba still continues, as Israel continues its plans of mass expulsion in Gaza, the West Bank and continues its ethnic cleansing of Palestinians.

Named after the respected scholar Hoxhë Shuajb Arnauti, the mosque stands as both a spiritual center and a reflection of Kosova’s deep-rooted Muslim identity and history.
Today, it remains a place of worship, reflection, and community for Muslims in Prishtina and beyond.

The Kobe Muslim Mosque was built in October 1935. Its architectural style is a fusion of traditional Asian-Turkish influences and designed by architect Jan Josef Svagr.
During World War II, the Kobe Mosque survived the 1945 air raids unscathed. It was damaged during the Great Hanshin earthquake of 1995 but did not collapse.
Due to its endurance, it is locally referred to as the “Miracle Mosque”
