Last weekend, we had the honor of welcoming @ahmetkaydul to our UMAC Gym here in Switzerland for a special self-defense seminar focused on real street situations.
It was also his very first time visiting Switzerland. 🇨🇭
With years of experience training police and military forces in close combat, Ahmet shared practical techniques, realistic scenarios, and the right mindset needed for real-life situations. 👊🔥
