If you’re building Turks & Caicos and want a stay that slows the pace, South Caicos is where to look. The island is small, open, and centered on the water. Most of the experience stays close, with time shaped around the coastline rather than a packed schedule. Clients spend their time on Caicos Bank, in clear shallow water, or out at sunrise in the Salinas with flamingos. The rest of the day tends to stay easy, without needing to move around. @salterraresort fits here as the stay that holds everything together. The property carries the experience, so the itinerary doesn’t need to stretch beyond it. This works well for couples, wellness-focused travelers, and families who want to stay in one place and settle into it. Four to five nights gives the stay enough time to come together. For bookings through UJV, suite stays of four nights or more include a $200 per night credit and daily breakfast for two, available for travel from May 1 through June 30 if booked by May 30. If you’re already working on Turks & Caicos, this is an easy way to shift the pace of the trip.

Bora Bora is where the entire itinerary is judged. By the time clients arrive, expectations are at their highest, and the way the stay is built determines how the trip feels. Conrad Bora Bora Nui works best when you keep the stay within a single property rather than splitting it. The scale gives you more flexibility to work with. Different villa positions. More privacy options. The ability to match how clients want to experience Bora Bora across lagoon-facing villas and open waterfront space. The western-facing side of the motu also gives the resort direct sunset views, which becomes especially valuable for honeymoon and milestone stays where clients spend most evenings on property. You can keep the stay contained while still giving clients variety throughout the trip. Privacy when that’s the priority. More dining, activity, and movement across the resort when they want a more active stay. If Bora Bora is part of the plan, we’ll help you build the stay around how the client wants to experience the destination.

Today at 12pm ET: Hawaii Foundations. One thing our Hawaii team keeps talking about lately: Clients are asking much better Hawaii questions. Not just “Which island?” They’re asking: • Which island works best for multigenerational trips? • When is Club Level actually worth it? • Which resorts feel elevated without feeling crowded? • How much time should clients really spend on each island? • Which island combinations actually flow well once the trip begins? That’s exactly the kind of conversation today’s session is built around. If Hawaii is active in your pipeline right now, we’d love to have you join us. Hawaii conversations are changing. Clients are staying longer. They’re asking smarter questions. And more advisors are building Hawaii around how the trip actually feels once clients arrive, not just which islands they visit. That’s exactly what Hawaii, handled is built around. Over the next few months, our Hawaii team will be sharing: • Itinerary strategy • Property insight from recent visits • Routing and pacing recommendations • Active partner offers • The details clients remember long after the trip ends We’ll also be hosting live Hawaii sessions throughout the series. And for the advisors leading the Hawaii conversation this season: the two top producers for Hawaii bookings made between May 1 and July 31 will each win a luxury Hawaii stay on the islands. If Hawaii is active in your business right now, we’d love to have you follow along. Link in bio. #HawaiiHandled #LuxuryTravel #TravelAdvisor #Hawaii

From our team on the ground in Hawaii during Travel Weekly. On the North Shore, the experience shifts completely. Turtle Bay sits on nearly 1,300 acres, including around 1,100 acres of preserved conservation land, with miles of open coastline and scenic trails that make the property feel expansive and deeply connected to the landscape. A few moments from the stay • Early mornings watching the waves right outside the hotel • Surf lessons and guided sessions for all levels • Time spent between the pools, slides, and calm protected bays just steps from the resort • Biking along the coastal trails or horseback riding through the property • Cultural activities like hula, ‘ukulele, and wood carving that keep kids engaged throughout the stay This property works especially well for families. There’s enough built in to keep kids active all day without needing to leave, and the balance is handled well. Accommodations are strong across the board, but the bungalows stand out. They feel more private, more connected to the ocean, and give a different experience compared to the main building. Ocean views are consistent and unobstructed. There’s also a wide range of activities nearby that are easy to add into the stay. Haleiwa Town, Gunstock Ranch, Kualoa Ranch, and the Polynesian Cultural Center are all within reach, and the drive from the airport naturally becomes part of the experience. Dining and service are what you expect from Ritz-Carlton, with enough variety to comfortably stay on property. This works best for clients who want an active stay with space to spread out. Strong for families, especially when paired with a few nights in Waikiki to balance energy and pace. Club Level is worth recommending here for the added convenience throughout the day. Save this for North Shore planning.

Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, Autograph Collection Big Island, Hawaii. Next stop from our Product team on the ground in Hawaii during Travel Weekly. At Mauna Kea, everything comes back to the beach. The hotel sits on Kaunaʻoa Bay, one of the best swimmable beaches on the Big Island. The sand is soft, no rocks, and the water is calm and clear. It’s the kind of place where guests settle in for the day without needing to move around much. You feel the history of the property right away. The original design is still there, and the art collection curated by Laurance S. Rockefeller runs throughout the hotel, which gives it a very different feel compared to newer builds. A few moments from the stay • Full days at the beach, set up under the orange canopies with chairs and umbrellas already in place • Rotating through snorkel gear, paddleboards, kayaks, and just spending time in the water • Outrigger canoe experiences with the Beach Boys along the Kohala Coast • Evenings watching manta rays come into the bay, either from the viewing deck or in the water Rooms have been fully renovated and feel clean and updated, with mid-century touches that still reflect the original style. Ground floor Beachfront Wing rooms work especially well for families, with direct access to the beach, pool, and dining, plus connecting options. The new spa just opened and is one of the more complete setups on the island. Treatments are rooted in Hawaiian practices, and the space includes sauna, steam, cold plunge, and a dedicated spa pool. There’s also a separate adults-only pool and a newly updated fitness center. Dining is easy to move through. Manta is the main dinner restaurant, especially in the evening when manta rays are visible offshore. Copper Bar works well after a full day, and Hau Tree keeps things simple during the day right on the sand. This works best for clients who want to stay in one place and still feel like they have enough to do. The beach carries most of the experience, which makes it especially strong for families, but it also works well for couples looking for something relaxed and easy. Worth saving when you’re building Big Island itineraries.

Providenciales changes depending on where the stay is placed. Grace Bay keeps clients moving. Long Bay slows the island down. More open, with shallow water and steady wind that keep the pace centered around the beach. The Shore Club Turks and Caicos, now a proud member of The Leading Hotels of the World, sits along this serene stretch as the only full-service resort, making it easier to build the stay around one property rather than relying on movement across the island. Clients settle in quickly here. Suites and multi-bedroom villas give plenty of options to fit different travel styles, while the layout keeps the day moving between four pools, diverse dining, and time in the crystal-clear water. That shift matters. If the goal is a contained, slower stay where everything is handled in one place, this works well as a base. Providenciales can then be layered in selectively, rather than driving the itinerary. Through UJV Tropics, there is up to 30% off suites and villas with a 3-night minimum stay, valid through December 18, 2026, making this a strong option to introduce into current Turks and Caicos itineraries.

In Cancun, simplicity matters. That matters even more for families and multigenerational travel. Sensira Resort & Spa Riviera Maya is where this fits. You’re not mapping out each day. The layout keeps everything close, so moving from beach to pool to dining to kids’ areas is easy. That makes a difference over a few nights. There’s enough on property to carry the stay. Meals don’t need to be planned out, kids and teens have their own spaces, and the spa and adult areas give parents space when they need it. This works for families and multigenerational groups where value matters. Through UJV Tropics, kids 6–12 stay free on select dates through December 21, 2026, with 50% off during peak summer weeks. Booking window runs through May 31, 2026.
