“Born and raised in San Diego, California, Kevin Nierva is a Filipino-American dancer, choreographer, and instructor that currently resides in LA. He started his dance journey in 2009 and has danced/choreographed for teams such as iDK, iLL Habits, The Company, and The Kinjaz. His credits include Cirque Du Soleil, 88rising, Netflix, JJ Lin, Jackson Wang, DK, Marques Houston and many more. Kevin is currently a weekly instructor at Movement Lifestyle and also teaches internationally at various studios and dance camps. With his love for dance, Kevin hopes to connect with people across the globe through teaching and creating work that inspires the past, present, and future generation of dancers.”

🏁 DAVID SLANEY
“David Slaney II is a choreographer based in Southern California, specializing in heels, hip hop, and jazz funk. You may recognize him from Steezy Studio and MovzApp, where he creates online dance tutorials. He currently teaches at Movement Lifestyle in LA, Offstage by GRV, and S1L Studio in Irvine. David is also the Creative Director of The VIXENS, an all-inclusive dance company that empowers others through heels based choreography. His performance credits include Disneyland Parades and working with artists such as Mary J. Blige, Joyce Wrice, along with several other up and coming talent. Outside of dance, David is studying to become a massage therapist to continue supporting dancers both on and off the dance floor.”

🏁 YSA PENAREJO
“Born and raised in San Diego, California, Ysa fell in love with dancing at 4 years old. Growing up, She trained in jazz, lyrical, ballet, tap, hip-hop, contemporary, tumbling and danced competitively through high school. At the age of 8, dance provided her the opportunity in the entertainment industry booking acting jobs for networks like Netflix, Lifetime, the CW, and she’s been able to perform as a dancer for the Kpop group, Aespa , MEOVV, All Day Project and artist DPR IAN. She is currently one of the Co-Directors of San Diego’s adult professional hip hop team Choreo Cookies, and one of the Head Hip Hop Coaches at Torrey Pines High School. Ysa continues to work towards building her career by sharing her knowledge in various cities and being a forever student.”

“Shiggy is a dancer, choreographer, and instructor born in Japan and raised in Los Angeles. Based in LA, his work has taken him across Asia, Europe, and the United States through performances, choreography, and teaching. He is a member of the dance crew S-Rank and recently served as a judge for Vibe Jrs 2026. His work has been featured on STEEZY and Kinjaz Dojo, and he has competed in Japan’s professional dance league as well as the IDL, representing Team USA with GRV.”
