Concluding 9 months of study, the cohort delivered their lTAP presentations to stakeholders from the @gburgmd , sharing a vision of innovative new uses for the historic Summit Hall Manor House.
Keynote speaker, Kyrus L. Freeman, Partner with Holland & Knight LLP and a Leadership Institute Class of 2012 alum shared his advice on investing in professional relationships, remaining engaged with ULI, and maintaining strong leadership during times of uncertainty before diplomas were presented.

Last Thursday’s Case Study celebrated The Charles ( @livethecharles ) - a project that redefines the residential experience in one of the region’s most competitive submarkets.
Speakers discussed the decision-making process and planning phases that brought this project to life. Attendees toured the interior finishes and thoughtful amenity spaces that deliver a stand-out tenant experience. We capped the night off with a Happy Hour in the building’s speakeasy-style lounge.
