13th and Broadway was buzzing with activity and excitement as ULI Oklahoma toured the upcoming Guernsey headquarters and heard details of the project from the design and engineering teams.
The conversation highlighted how mass timber accelerated construction timelines, with the core and shell completed in just 90 days, while also serving as a standout architectural feature that reduced the need for additional interior finish investments.
