Dept. Of Fashion & Lifestyle recently organised a hair, makeup and styling workshop by Ms. Anjum Bhardwaj.
Through live demonstrations, she broke down techniques, decisions and the finer nuances that often go unnoticed. What made it truly special was what followed. Students stepped in, took over, and interpreted those learnings in their own way through on-the-spot projects. Different perspectives, different styles, all rooted in the same foundation but expressed uniquely.

Recently we were honoured to host HCI PAI Symposium on the theme “Human Computer Interaction (HCI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Indigenous Futures.”
The symposium welcomed esteemed industry experts & stalwarts and featured panel discussions, workshops, speaker sessions & roundtables. Aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, it focused on indigenous, inclusive and culturally rooted interface design.

Global Design Programme Year 3 students have begun their semester at POLI.design, with an immersive introduction to Milan’s globally renowned design culture. From advanced labs and material exploration to interdisciplinary studio practice, they are engaging with real world systems that connect craftsmanship, innovation and technology.
Through “Connecting the Dots,” including a visit to the ADI Design Museum, students are linking academic learning with cultural insight, understanding design as both practice and narrative. Their multidisciplinary studio journey, culminating towards Milan Fashion Week, reflects a shift towards becoming independent, globally aware designers ready to work across boundaries.
