[PR | Gifted] Mornings lately have felt like a full-on sprint 😅 Between getting out the door, juggling work and everything in between, breakfast can easily become an afterthought… so having easy options that actually taste good has been a game changer ✨ I’ve been trying out the new @ufitdrinks cereal range 🤎🥣 I received the Honey & Oat Granola and the Chocolate Hoops, and they’ve been such a fun switch-up to my usual breakfast routine 🙌 First up… I made an incredible homemade cereal milk latte topped with cold foam and finished with Chocolate Hoops 🍫☕️ It genuinely tasted like a coffee shop treat at home. Then of course I had to keep it classic with a simple bowl of cereal because sometimes you just can’t beat the nostalgic favourites 🥛✨ And my favourite combo? A fruit granola bowl using the Honey & Oat Granola as the base, topped with coconut yoghurt, sliced banana, strawberries and blueberries 🍓🫐🍌 the granola is super crunchy and actually tastes great!! Started my day with a bowl of @ufitdrinks protein granola it’s wholegrain, naturally flavoured and packed with 15g of protein. 🙌 I added Greek yoghurt, blueberries 🫐 and desiccated coconut 🥥 , then took five minutes in the garden whilst my little girl napped 🤍🌿 Starting the day right with little moments like these. Making the most of post work adventures We’ve hit that sweet spot where the evenings are too good to spend indoors. When everything lives in one place, there’s no last-minute scrambling. ✨ Plan your routes in advance Save a few go-to trails of different lengths. That way you’re not wasting daylight deciding where to go, you can just match your time/energy and head out. ✨ Do a quick gear reset after every outing Restock snacks and first aid, charge your watch/headlamp and make sure your gear is clean. Future you will thank you when everything’s ready to go next time. ✨ Keep your shoes “ready” If you’ve got a go-to pair for trails, keep them clean(ish), dry, and by the door or in the boot/trunk. @ufitdrinks Today’s been a busy day, but one of the better moments is being able to pause and enjoy this. I like a flexible lifestyle, something that lets me move through the day without overthinking things. I popped into a shop for some milk, and earlier, as I was heading out, these were already waiting for me in my box. It all just works easily. I’ve been trying the High Protein Cereal Hoops from @ufitdrinks and they suit me down to the ground. They’re simple, quick, and actually satisfying, which isn’t always the case with cereals. You get 15g of protein in a bowl, which makes it feel a bit more purposeful than your usual breakfast. The chocolate flavour is rich without being too much, and it holds up well with milk, so you’re not left with something soggy halfway through. It’s the sort of thing that works whether you’re rushing out or taking a slower start. Yesterday I had the granola, and I love it. Properly toasted, with a good crunch that doesn’t disappear, and just enough sweetness to make it enjoyable without overdoing it. The oats taste wholesome, and whether you go for the honey or chocolate version, it feels like something you can rely on day to day. It’s one of those small additions that makes a difference to your routine. Both options are high in protein, made with added vitamins like B12 and D, and designed to be easy without cutting corners on taste. They do include gluten, so they’re not for everyone, but if that’s not an issue, they’re a solid choice. Sometimes it’s just about having something ready when you need it, without thinking too much.
