✅ Zig zag footpath concrete poured

✅ Backfilling around footpaths completed

🌿 Allegra Reserve is Flourishing 🌿
📍Leopold, VIC
Delivered for our clients Land EQ in partnership with Landscape Architects Mexted Zimmer, Allegra Reserve (Stage 1) in Leopold has transitioned seamlessly from construction to maintenance following a successful handover.
Our maintenance teams are now doing an excellent job ensuring the reserve remains green, healthy, and thriving!
Project highlights include:
🌱 Installation of over 1,700m² of turf surrounding the surface drainage pond.
🐦 Creation of a surface drainage pond which also supports local wildlife.
🍃 Jute mat planting with tree guards to stabilise and secure the pond edges.
🪵 Installation of 66 timber bollards for the fencing, finished in bitumen and set with crushed rock and toppings to enclose and protect the area.
A great result all around!

This week our crew wrapped up some major milestones at Lyndarum North S19 Reserve & Streetscapes:
✅ Rubber surfacing completed at the gym and playground
✅ Timber edging 80% done
✅ Path and shelter prep all set for concrete next week
✅ Garden beds soiled and mulched
✅ Centre soil area completed
✅ Drainage completed
✅ Site clean-up done

🏗️ Big Week at Westwood Place! ✨
660m² of footpaths poured last week — the transformation is really taking shape! 🛤️
Our crew also wrapped up the electrical conduit install, got 3 pieces of play equipment fully installed by Kompan, dug fence foundations, and have 90% of the crushed rock footpath base locked in and compacted.
Next up: basketball ring foundations, bollard fence, and the first delivery of imported landscape boulders is on its way! 🪨🌿

🌳 Lyndarum North Reserve Taking Shape 🌳
Great progress this week at Lyndarum North Reserve, with our team and trusted contractors working together to bring this new community space to life.
The site is really starting to transform, with key infrastructure now in place and the reserve layout becoming visible. Drainage works are progressing through the soft fall areas, the central grass area has been prepared, and the concrete pathways and surrounding structures are taking shape.
The playground is also starting to come together, with several play elements now installed and ready to form part of a vibrant space for families and the local community to enjoy.
Projects like this are always rewarding to watch evolve — from bare ground into a welcoming reserve designed for play, activity and connection.
👏 Great work from everyone involved as we continue pushing towards completion.

🌿 Parkbrook Estate Taking Shape 🌿
Parkbrook Estate is really starting to come together, with the landscape works transforming the site and bringing the development to life.
Large areas of new turf and mulched garden beds are now in place across Stages 8 and 9, while the surrounding conservation areas are being prepared to create a natural buffer and open space for the community to enjoy.
As the final shaping and planting areas are completed, the project is beginning to show the vision of a well-balanced estate — combining green open spaces, natural conservation zones and quality landscape outcomes.
Great work from the team on site keeping everything progressing smoothly and on program.
