In commemoration of World Menstrual Hygiene Day, we are honoured to partner with the Centre for Teens Health and Development @centre4teens
This initiative is focused on promoting proper menstrual hygiene and raising awareness about infection prevention—equipping participants with the knowledge they need to care for their bodies confidently and safely. Beyond education, the programme will include a hands-on workshop where the girls will be guided on how to make reusable sanitary pads, providing a sustainable and affordable option for managing their menstrual health.
At the end of the session, each participant will receive reusable sanitary pads—ensuring they leave not only informed, but equipped to put what they have learned into practice.
Through this effort, we are contributing to a future where no girl is held back by a lack of knowledge, confidence, or access to essential menstrual health resources. #worldmenstrualhygieneday #breakthestigma #menstrualhygiene #girlshealth
