The Great Donate initiative has become a tradition TO HELP STUDENTS IN UCD RESIDENCES.
With bags, baskets, and containers filled with kitchenware and other home essentials, the area facing the Glenomena Laundrette has turned into the hotspot for students who want to get their hands on household items but might struggle financially to purchase them.
Get down early before it fills up.

Michael responded to reports that college fees may be scrapped to cover Department of Education overspending, as well as the consideration of a loan debt write off scheme for healthcare students if they remain working in Ireland after graduation. (Full segment available on Newstalk website)

Running from the 5th - 15th of May, not including weekends!!
It will be running on rolling times from 7am - 8:30am, 10:45am - 12:00pm, 2:00pm - 3:30pm! It is first come first serve so arrive early to avoid disappointment and plan alternative routes in case! 🙂↕️🙂↕️

📢 Referendum Update – Polling Extended
Owing to a number of factors which impacted access and visibility at the outset of voting, the polling period for the referendum and by-elections has been extended.
Voting will now remain open until 3PM on Friday, 24 April.
If you haven’t already, check your email for the voting link and make sure to have your say before polls close.

Voting opens Tuesday at 8am and closes Thursday at 3pm! You will be voting on the constitution referendum which decide whether the SU constitution changes or not and you pick for Social Sciences and Architecture College Officers 2026/27! You’ll receive a link in your email or scanning one of the QR codes that will be going up on Monday!
With exams around the corner you may feel like you need more information or advice well don’t fret our Education Officer Matt Mion has you sorted! He’s teamed up with Husna Akbar, student advisor, to give you two exam information sessions.
