The program took 2nd Place at the American Marketing Association Cincinnati Pinnacle Awards for Best Collegiate/Student Marketing Plan, Campaign or Program. Professors Stefanie Pettys and Lisa Timman were joined by 2025 program graduates Cheyenne Ginter and Rey Saks and members of the Junior League of Cincinnati to accept the honor. It recognizes their service-learning collaboration with our Applied Graphic Communication students that created a new logo for the Junior League's Columbia Center. We are proud of all who contributed to this award-winning work! 👏🏆@jlcincy

Congratulations to Mark Brueggeman, the 2026 UC Blue Ash College Outstanding Alumni Award winner! Mark credits our college with giving him the education and skills that started him on the path to a highly successful business career. He worked in the petrochemical industry for 20 years before launching his own company out of his home in Houston. PERIN Resources LLC was founded in 2004 and today has clients around the world and generates more than $150 million in annual gross revenue.
Mark and his wife are also giving back through a scholarship for UC Blue Ash students who are studying business administration with plans to transition to UC's Lindner College of Business. Read more about Mark and the new scholarship in UC News https://bit.ly/4d21lSM.

Jay Hale is a 2025-26 Student Ambassador and architecture major who found the perfect path to his goals right here at UC Blue Ash! With a passion for how buildings shape the way people live and interact with the world, UCBA gave Jay the foundation he needed to pursue his dream at DAAP.
As a Student Ambassador, Jay has grown as a public speaker, teammate, and leader - all while building meaningful friendships along the way.

Our 2026 Honor Student of the Year, Shelby Keister, delivered an inspiring speech about taking risks and believing in yourself as she reflected on her journey through our Applied Graphic Communication program. Elizabeth Luong also represented our Student Engagement Award winners and shared heartfelt words that reminded us why community matters.
