I totally enjoyed my time in Kigali, Rwanda as a member of the State Government's delegation through the instrumentality of the Ministry of Information and Strategy for a laborious study tour.
I reveled at the insightful models of Rwandan's Education, Public Financial Management, ICT and Knowledge driven economic ambitions.
For us, the mandate was simple;
Understand Rwanda's complex policy model concepts and methodologies and build systems that create local solutions for Akwa Ibom State and our Future.
For me, I feel humbled to enjoy the personal nomination of Our Governor In-Wait, Pastor Umo Eno. Indeed, the glistering future of our prospering State and her people definitely feels safest in his Golden hands.
I thank my selfless big brother and Vanguard Ini Ememobong for always refusing to fail in providing platforms for us to engage governance and Politics at different levels.
