Recent ALEASAT PCB testing! Seen here are some of the boards we have designed for our cube satellite ALEASAT - including our On-Board Computer and Communications board! These boards have been run through various tests for things such as signal and continuity in a flatsat setup (which is exactly what it sounds like: a setup with the satellite parts laid out flat) #ubc #cubesat #engineering #designteam #flyyoursatellite

Meet @UBCOrbit , a #UBCEngineering student design team working on a CubeSat for disaster relief operations and amateur radio training. The many parts of the satellite must be rigorously tested, and such is the case for these tiny reaction wheels. Here, you can see their AOCS (Attitude and Orbital Control System) members running reaction wheel tests in the ATLAS cleanroom in Hennings. We canโ€™t wait to see where this project takes them! ๐Ÿš€
