ACC 레지던시 결과전시 《지능시대 – Artificial You》가 시작되었습니다. 이번 결과전시에서 〈실시간 푸른 경계 Realtime Blue Boundary〉를 선보입니다. 저희의 작품은 B4 복합스튜디오 입체 영상실에 설치되어 있어요. 시뮬레이션-애니메이션이면서, 앞에 설치된 컨트롤러로 작품 속 이야기 그리고 전시장 공간의 사운드에 상호작용할 수 있는 인터랙티브 작품입니다. 다가오는 토요일(11.29)에는 테크토크도 진행됩니다. 29일에 만나요! ========================================= Exhibition 지능시대 – Artificial You Nov 26 – Dec 7, 2025 ACC 문화창조원 창제작 스튜디오(B4) @asianculturecenter 〈실시간 푸른 경계〉는 나방의 회피 반응 데이터를 자율비행 드론에 적용하는 연구를 모티프로 삼아, 기술 중심의 인식 체계가 설정하는 경계와 그 바깥의 존재들을 탐구하는 실시간 시뮬레이션 기반 인터랙티브 미디어 설치 작업입니다. 작품은 나방의 데이터를 학습한 자율 비행 드론 A-mo (Autonomous drone from Moth)를 주인공으로 한 비선형 내러티브를 전개합니다. 모든 것을 ‘회피’하도록 설계된 A-mo가 ‘충돌’에 대한 충동 사이에서 방황하며, Void들과의 대화를 통해 이 세계의 숨겨진 이야기를 추적합니다. Realtime Blue Boundary is a real-time simulation based interactive media installation inspired by research applying moth avoidance-response data to autonomous drones. The work follows a non-linear narrative centered on A-mo, an autonomous drone trained on moth behavior. 감사하게도 '제 25회 서울국제대안영상예술페스티벌 @official_nemaf ' 뉴미디어 부문에서 뉴미디어 작가상을 수상했습니다. No is Canceling(2025)은 AI 분할 모델과 실시간 신체 인식 등 기술이 바라보는 세계에 대한 리서치와 실험들을 한데 모아 엮어내면 좋겠다는 생각으로 즐겁게 작업한 작품인데요. 작품을 통해 다양한 관심사를 가진 분들과 함께 이야기 나눌 수 있어서 기뻤습니다. 작업은 지속적으로 관심을 가져오는, 기술이 나아가고 있는 방향과 현재 우리가 실제로 경험하는 현실 사이의 거리들을 가늠하는 과정 속에 있는 것 같아요. 올해 하반기 준비하고 있는 개인전과 레지던시 작업들도 같은 주제 속에 이야기를 펼치고 있으니 기대해주세요 🐸🦋 ----------------- I'm grateful to share that I received the New Media Artist Award in the New Media category at the 25th Seoul International Alternative Cinema & Media Art Festival @official_nemaf . Our work 'No is Canceling(2025)' grew out of a desire to bring together research and experiments on how technologies like AI segmentation models and real-time body recognition shape the way we see and experience the world. It was a joy to build this work and to share conversations around it. Lately, out practice feels like a process of measuring the distance between where technology is headed and the reality we're living through right now. 또 하나의 기쁜 소식을 전합니다. 《부우우---피이이---》가 Annecy International Animation Film Festival 2026의 Immersive Works competition에 공식 선정되었습니다. 칸 이머시브에 이어, 세계 애니메이션 분야를 대표하는 Annecy Festival에서도 이 작업을 나눌 수 있게 되어 매우 기쁘고 감사한 마음입니다. 《부우우---피이이---》는 데이터로 재구성된 이후 몸이 텅 비어버린 한 여성을 따라가는 다감각 XR 경험입니다. VR 시네마와 공압 웨어러블 인터페이스를 결합해, 가상공간의 부피가 신체의 압력과 감각으로 전환되는 방식을 탐구한 작품입니다. We are happy to share another exciting update. Following Cannes Immersive, we are grateful to share this work at Annecy Festival, one of the world’s leading animation festivals. Voooooo---Peeeeee--- is a multisensory XR experience following a woman whose body becomes hollow after being reconstructed as data. Through VR cinema and a pneumatic wearable interface, audiences feel the expanding virtual volume on their bodies. This project has been shaped by many conversations, questions, and gestures of care. 4월 7일부터 3일간 XR 인스톨레이션 ’부우우—피이이—’로 파리 Newimages Festival의 Industry Days에 참가했습니다. 뮤지엄, 예술 기관, 프로덕션, 감독과 아티스트 등 다양한 분야의 전문가들과의 만남, 그리고 ‘Exploring Korea: New Korean Voices in XR’ 세션을 통해 그 동안의 작업을 소개하는 시간이었습니다. 세계적인 XR마켓 경험을 통해 작품과 나 자신을 어떻게 보여줘야할지 배우고, 다양한 작품, 세션들을 둘러보며 생각을 확장시킨 멋진 여정이었습니다. 이 여정을 가능하게 만들어준 @arts_korea_lab @giioii_immersivestudio 에 감사드립니다. 이제 다시 15시간의 비행이….✈️🥹 Participated in the Industry Days at NewImages Festival 2026, Cité des sciences et de l’industrie, Paris. Over 3 days, we introduced our XR installation ‘Voooooo—Peeeeee—’ through meetings with museums, art institutions, productions, and artists, and presented at the ‘Exploring Korea: New Korean Voices in XR’ session. 2025년 연말에 세팅을 시작해 2026년 첫 작업으로, 민요첼로라는 멋진 공연에 인터랙티브 미디어 아트 + 오퍼레이팅으로 참여중입니다 22년도부터 인연을 맺어 함께 작업해온 @bigviolinplayer 작가님의 공연인데요. 작업마다 넘치는 아이디어와 멋진 음악을 보여주셨는데, 이번에는 한국의 민요를 재해석해 전자음악과 미디어아트를 결합해 현대적으로 풀어냈어요. 항상 넘치는 영감을 주고받는 너무나도 멋진 아티스트 !!! 미디어 아트 + 오퍼레이팅으로 공연에 직접 참여하는 것은 처음인데요. 곡을 듣고 장면을 떠올리고, 이미지를 그리고, 그 이미지를 코드와 우연에 맡기기도 하고. 악기의, 연주마다의 질감과 호흡을 다른방식으로 그려보기를 시도했어요. 공연의 타임라인을 쫓아가며 실시간 상호작용이 발생하는 순간마다 긴장감이 생기고, 동시에 묘하게 신나는 느낌 💃 무대와 음악과 음향, 조명과 또 많은 다양한 분야의 사람들과 함께만들어가는 공연의 매력을 알아가는듯 합니다. 오늘 4시 벌써 마지막공연!
