I’ve been describing being postpartum with twins as: It’s like being dropped in the middle of a roaring ocean… without a life raft and during a hurricane. The water doesn’t change, but we’re learning how to swim. 🌊
In hindsight, these pictures are just before the shit hit the fan. This ✨30 year old teenage girlie✨ is about to be taken for a wild ride of a rough ending to pregnancy, birth trauma, shattered expectations, and discovering a whole new meaning to vulnerability.
BUT… We’re becoming better swimmers each day.
And my kids are pretty cool 😎💙💚
