Pikes Peak 2025 Recap ✅
What an incredible week for the team.
From absolutely crushing it in testing and practice , to a significant off on Fridays final test run culminating with a heroic recovery of the car , facilitated by my team , and the fine folks at @winslowbmw , we checked all of the boxes and then some for our pikes peak experience- Sadly , as we all were disappointed by not being able to run the full course on race day but as always - it’s the mountain that ultimately decides!
Incredibly , we ran a time that would have put us on track for a ~10:00 minute run, and we have to rest our laurels on knowing we had what it took to take the record !
We now set our sights to 2026, and are excited to see where this all leads!
I appreciate each and every person who has supported , followed along and assisted us in this epic journey !! You know who you are and I am forever grateful for your support.

We’re here and we’re ready to compete in the 103rd Running of the Pikes Peak Hillclimb !
First of all — peep the new @sparcousa suit , with design work by my friends @8thwndr ! It couldn’t match the car any better and I feel safe with all my new gear !
Testing On The lower section Saturday and the upper section Sunday yielded better than expected results and I hope to be able to continue to improve upon them during official race week practice . We’ve brought a bad fast super stock machine and I am so thankful to all of our partners for their support in getting us here ! lFG.

Well, I’m not embarrassed to say that 15 year old Tyler wouldn’t have believed you if you told him that we got to park a Tyspeed project in BMW N.A.’s lobby.

Welp this is just how it goes sometimes - I’ve had my back against the wall more than ever lately - pressure has been high, and somethings gotta give - ultimately this hurts - and Im sorry to those this affects most but it’s what is best for me and the business long term and that’s all that matters .
That being said we are still going to be here offering repair and service for the road going cars , basic bolt ons and suspension work , etc , just nothing used exclusively for competition use .
I realize this may be a shock for a company who’s built a local legacy on Motorsport but the world is changing , my desires and perspectives are changing along with it and this is a necessary change to move forward in good health .
If you’ve been here since the beginning - thank you 🙏
You probably won’t see much of me on here going forward - I don’t feel this is a place we need to be on constantly as it rarely brings quality work , but if you do need us , hit us through the website and we’ll do our best to help .

Watkins Glen never disappoints.
Running TT with @nasa_ne this weekend just for fun, with the project set to conclude after its display at the 2025 SEMA show , I wanted to give this beast one more go !
So, 200TW club here with some @hoosiertire track attack 285/35/r19 which is not even an optimized setup for the G87. Keep in mind this car is on nothing but M performance lowering springs and rocking some other small OEM bits ; granted the e50 tune from @motiv_motorsport provides tons of speed down the straights - but this car is nearly otherwise showroom stock - 2:02.5 was the best time of the day seeing ~170 Mph down the back straight was a blast ! Imagine the laptime with some real coilovers and some aero!

Cog Cut - the second to last corner from the finish line - and the bumps leading up to it caught @tyspeed by surprise as he was pushing the car during Friday’s practice session.
To everyone’s surprise, the M2 arrived at Fan Fest later that evening looking like a brand new car.

After a gnarly crash at Cog Cut, @tyspeed and his team pulled off the impossible and had the M2 ready for Fan Fest in a matter of hours.
