I’ll be real this week was a tough one, tested me from every angle, from high volume and high value work being out & about to onboarding new people during the days, then closing the week out with three services/events, 50 songs to learn for them in total, three different bands, followed by a mad dash to East with no Lizzy line to rely on

February was quite the month, it was really confirmation that the pivot that closed out my year and brought me home was what I needed to kick off this year as well as I have.

This week now, marked a big week with @symphonycoofficial as @choir.rehearsal launched the South chapter, got a new project loading AND the fifth year of Symphony Schools started over the weekend, big tings ah gwaan this year
Then got to close out the month seeing two artists who have seriously soundtracked some critical moments in my life the last couple years, first time seeing them & I'm confident it won't be the last
Now, here's to day 60 & whatever the rest of the year has to offer 🥂

This one's a bit different for me, it's been a while since I've got back. Not had a chance to update EVERYBODY on what it's like, what's going on, what it's like being back.
Cruise work looks like paradise from the outside. When you're in it, it's a bubble (not even a comfy one, the bed was anything but). Whenever you emerge, give yourself time and grace to reset and refresh, you are a human being and it's ok to be a human resting sometimes. Free time matters.
