Back in 1994, my father, Dr. Dwight Duston, oversaw the launch of an unmanned satellite, Clementine, which discovered the galaxy's first non-terrestrial natural resource: Ice on the Moon.
On a very personal episode of Beef with Bridget Todd, I interview my father, among others, about the small part he played in advancing the human race's advancement into the stars.

Thanks to @writersxwriters for choosing Skunkworks as their #1 script this year!
This is a career first contest win, so I'ma go buck wild and celebrate by buying a new house plant and making French Toast for dinner. 🍾🥂🤙🏼🎸🦩🦩🦩
"Levels we've set will never go down
Competitions commence the step down"

For real, this is the furthest this script has gotten so far, so that's cool.
"In 1990s Washington DC, a bold government scientist assembles a motley crew of weirdo officers, badass engineers, and acidhead physicists to streamline space travel and discover Ice on the Moon. Skunkworks is the true story of the guy who went to NASA and said, 'I can do it better'."
Can't fit in Insta's window, but that's the logline. Imagine a bunch of nerdy astrophysicists in a tawdry noir satire of DC, with De La Soul playing behind them. I'd watch that.
