✨Geotunda v0.1 is officially out! ✴️ Some might remember the early previews shared a few months ago — here’s the result, now officially released 🚀
This display typeface began with the charming mess of an over-inked stamp, where excess ink softened counters into circular shapes. Reimagined through a geometric lens, Geotunda softens the blackletter genre with open counters, rounded forms, and simplified construction — striking a balance between medieval rhythm and contemporary clarity.

A closer look at Stranger 👀
This release includes broad language support from Latin Extended-A and Vietnamese to Taiwanese Romanization. It also comes with additional stylistic sets, including single-storey ‘a’ and ‘g,’ arrows and symbols, dingbats, and a variable font that moves ↔️ from roman to italic.

⚪️⚫️ Stranger is now available! ⚫️⚪️
It’s been a while since the last release, and this is the first font I’m releasing directly on the Typeji website. Why not on Future Fonts? Because it’s already finished.
Stranger began as a lettering sketch in 2017, then grew into an early font in 2019. It stayed unpublished for years before being thoroughly redrawn and expanded into the version released today. It is also the typeface behind the Typeji logo, so it may already feel a little familiar.
Stranger is an ultra-black display typeface with a dense, chunky presence, contrasted by little circular dots ⚫️⚪ and accent marks that bring a playful tone to its otherwise solid forms. The idea was loosely inspired by the bold version of Gill Sans. The release includes roman and italic styles, along with a variable font that moves between them.

Paragraf finally made it to the finish line before the end of 2025.
The project started back in January as a v0.1 release, and it now reaches its finished state this December. This will be the last update before the holidays.
The new version completes the family with italics across all weights, and adds superiors, inferiors, and precomposed fractions.
Paragraf is a serif typeface with high-waisted structures, a tall x-height, and slightly narrow proportions. The forms are built from clean, straight cuts with geometric elements like rectangular and angled terminals, and 90-degree bracketed serifs shaping its overall character. Paragraf works well in both editorial and branding.
