TypeCon and the Society of Typographic Aficionados are proud to announce the 7th edition of our scholarship program to TypeParis26—an incredible six-week typographic summer intensive in Paris, France.
This summer, scholarship winner Nour Zahabi will
join fifteen fellow students in the heart of the city for 340 hours of
immersive education in type design, lettering, and calligraphy—on us!
This year’s intensive will take place from June 2th to July 10th, 2026.

TypeCon and the Society of Typographic Aficionados are proud to announce the 6th edition of our scholarship program to TypeParis26 — an incredible six-week typographic summer intensive in Paris, France. Since 2019, the TypeCon Scholarship will have allowed 6 women whose work you can discover Olga Vasik, Aline Yoshimatsu, Andrea Hayek, Quỳnh Hương Nguyen, Dana Al Assir, Thitawan Noenpoempisut, to participate in this type design course.
In 2026, one selected female applicant will join fourteen fellow attendees in the heart of the city for 340 hours of immersive education in type design, lettering, and calligraphy – on us! This year’s intensive will take place from June 2nd to July 10th, 2026.
This scholarship award covers tuition costs for TypeParis26, a €5,480 value. Travel, lodging, and meals are the responsibility of the recipient.
The recipient will be asked to summarize their experience and share photographs, recollections, and stories in a series of blog posts to be published on the TypeCon site, after the intensive course has concluded. As well posts on social medias such for 2025 /p/DOdhkaMD-bd/

At TypeCon25, this century-old classroom space in Revolution Hall was humming!
The Volumes Market filled the space with typographic gems, design ephemera, posters, books, and objects—and even a People’s Graphic Design Archive scanning station so we could participate in design history.

A TypeCon, realizada anualmente desde 1998, é referência mundial para profissionais e entusiastas de tipografia, design e artes gráficas. É um espaço onde criadores de diferentes áreas se encontram para compartilhar ideias, tendências e processos criativos. Esse ano rolou em Portland, Oregon (EUA)!
Foi nesse cenário que a designer Cyla Costa apresentou uma seleção dos seus trabalhos e entre eles, a nova identidade visual da Beija Flor Filmes. Essa nova identidade visual traduz a essência da produtora: plural, criativa e aberta à diversidade. Suas cores vibrantes, formas fluidas e combinações geométricas refletem o espírito livre e a força das histórias que escolhemos contar.
