Coming up in the next episode of T2DTV, a ‘what happened next’ with our SLamborghini after we built it with @populuxe_ at @vivaskegvegasvw
First on the agenda was to make some refinements before getting an MOT so we could start using it, then to exhibit it at @caffeineandmachine for their celebration of colour event.
Of course as soon as it was road legal we did what any sane person would do and took it for a #dawnraid jaunt to London.
So the next step for both the #SLamborgini and the #Penfoldporsche 924 is that they are going on display at the @escapadesilverstone Art Gallery where you can go and see both cars displayed alongside more incredible automotive art.

It’s all in the movement; if your suspension doesn’t feel quite as good as it once was, it could be something as straightforward as your shock absorbers.
It’s also notable that this is somewhere you shouldn’t scrimp if you can- these Bilsteins from @type2detectives are probably the best you can get. This late bay drives like a different van now.

A huge thank you to everyone who came to our Car and Bike Night this evening. Another record-breaking event, with cars and bikes filling every available space, alongside a busy bar, coffee shop, and food area.
I’m sure you’ll all agree that our staff did a fantastic job keeping the queues moving and making sure everyone was extremely well fed and watered throughout the night.

It was great to meet George this weekend as it gave us chance to discuss the cruise to the next T2D / Heretics meet along with some awesome club display related plans for @vivaskegvegasvw show later this year! 👀
You can tell George is super passionate about what he does which is exactly what this group needs! As mentioned before George is planning to run a convoy for the next Heretics night on May 21st (Thursday evening).
Cars will meet at:
15-18 Viking Way, Bar Hill,
Cambridge CB23 8EL
(Tesco Extra) for 5pm, with the aim to leave at 5:20pm
The convoy will then head over to Type 2 Detectives for an epic evening of everything car related, and of course grab yourself a bite to eat at the cafe!

Only a few weeks until Heretics lands in Cambridgeshire for our first ‘On The Road’ event of 2026. A big shout to our friends at @type2detectives@t2dcoffeeclub for leaving the gates open and playing host, and a special mention to @vdubradio who’ll be spinning the tunes adding to the summer evening vibes. Food and drink available of course, plus plenty of cool stuff to see and people to meet.
