Beyond discovering some absolutely 🔥 restaurants, I broke bread with so many brilliant, thoughtful, fun, caring & creative people in March, I’m so grateful. And I’m grateful for I have these plate pics to show for it. Community and creativity is so good for the soul. Swipe for my favorite march bites!➡️ (First slide is chargrilled oysters from Roam Restaurant- must try! - Hot Honey Burrata Pizza at Original Flavor 1889 - Wagyu brunch burger & shrimp+lobster dumplings at Fortu - Clevelander sub at Tony’s Sub Shop - Roasted jalapeno ceviche & chorizo stuffed bacon-wrapped medjool dates All 10/10 must try items, no joke!!! What were your favorite restaurants this month? I need to add some new places to my list! #tampafl #bestfoodtampa #tampabites #stpetefood stpetersburg tampadining goodeats

2025 — weirdly, I loved you. despite the chaos (in the news cycle and even sometimes my life lol), it was a beautiful year. I hit so many milestones. I traveled. I came home. I built community. I hugged my friends and family. I stared at so much art and got back into my own exploration. I explored the world and myself. I moved my body and leaned into my love for yoga. I saw my poetry in print. I ate soooo good omg. I screamed. I cried. I grieved. I remembered who I am. I loved & was loved in return 🌱it was truly everything I could want and more. i’m grateful for every moment, project, laugh, meal & celebration — every high and low. it was all rooted in growth and love. genuinely one of the best years of my life! cheers to 2026 and all of the beautiful new experiences, community and opportunities!

I still can't believe I won radio tickets to go see The Boy is Mine tour with my bestie 😭 the show was so incredible!! these women mean so much to me and so much to our culture omg like thank you both @brandy @monicadenise for everything you've done for the culture and to carry me through some of my hardest moments! I was so overwhelmed seeing so many of my favorite songs since childhood performed LIVE! And at this point in my life, when so many of the songs have come to have new meanings because I've actually lived it lolll I feel so blessssed, thank you @1015vibe #theboyismine #brandy #luckygirlsyndrome

For @poynter_institute , I yapped with @dr.beachgem10 and @ayeitskwon about news content creation, audience trust, and what it takes to truly connect with people on social media with a group of South Korean journalists! Such an awesome conversation, with thoughtful gems and interesting questions! I truly admire them both for their efforts toward a more informed public. Let's do it again sometime🤩👏🏾

what a night to be a journalistttt! I'm so blessed to love what I do, and to get to do it at @poynter_institute ! last night we celebrated and honored CBS Sunday Morning's Jane Pauley, The New York Times' Dean Baquet, and Pulitzer winner Garry Trudeau and it was such an incredible, heartening, full circle, fun and funny niiiight 🤩 meme girl was working 😂 A few highlights: Jane cracking jokes during our interview, Dean typing on my personal typewriter, bringing a content corner to life, all of the award presentations, laaaaaughing with @ayeitskwon , hanging with my girls @adelegs and @sabsvie , meeting people who love our journalism memes IRL 🥲 It's a hard time for journalism, but Dean was right: "Even though the craft of journalism itself is in trouble financially, the craft of journalism is better today than it's ever been." Cheers to 2025 Bowtie Ball🏆🍾🎀
