Story Time…
I was doing computer work on @activkt at this pool when @paulwhitecotton challenged me to Flip pre the hot tub gap! He offered to allow for a shoe change but I declined out of pure flip pre instinct and respect. (Mind you I have not trained or done a flip pre in months.) Here were my 2 attempts.
