Oil on 3 Layer Birch Panel
12”x12”
Nearly done on this lil guy. Still need to dial in backgrounds and touch up and such, but digging it.
Part of a larger series for an upcoming show.
The circles progressively pop off the panel by 3/4”.

“And Miles to Go Before I Sleep”
Oil and Acrylic on Birch Panel
24”x36”
Finally wrapping up this one for an upcoming Solo with @keepcontemporaryofficial in July!
Still some minor dialing in… because I’ll never be totally satisfied with a piece haha
But that’s what keeps driving us onward and upwards 😎
Much more on the exhibition to come!
Getting excited and I have lots in the works 🥳

Chugging along in the studio.
Still need to dial in the forest and plenty of fine tuning but it’s getting there 🤓

Going back through the heaps and heaps of older work here. This piece in particular I considered a throw away piece. It’s from my studio photography days from about a decade ago. It’s a raw photograph I shot in the studio wrapping photographs on foam core structures. Didn’t realize I was creating a treasure trove of painting references in the process. 🥳

Very happy to announce that my ❤️ @artagayne
And I will be in our 2nd. “Pull Up a Chair” exhibition.
Pull Up a Chair : Tell Me a Story
April 6-23, 2026
Goldman Art Gallery
Opening reception April 12
This piece and these chairs are a KIMBERU Collaboration with my heart, my soul, my wife to be 🥰
In which we are sharing the story of our love. Our connection. And how deeply profound it feels.
It is based on the Red Thread of Fate, an East Asian belief that an invisible red thread connects those destined to meet or be together. This thread may tangle or stretch, but it never breaks, representing unbreakable bonds in love and human connection 😎
We came across these chairs, discarded on the curb, in really rough condition. I actually thought they were joined and a bench seat until I picked them up! It was a challenging build for us but we made it happen 🥳
My chair represents this world, with the bluest of skies and her’s representing the infinite possibilities of the cosmos.
These will also serve as our wedding chairs!!
So yeah, lots of heart and meaning went into these and we are super stoked on how they turned out!
Ali! You are truly all my dreams come true 😘
And I can’t wait till the day I marry you 🔥
It’s you. It’s always been you.
I love you so very much

👁️ ❤️ 💡 🏠
I definitely have a thing for lighthouses
Decided to crank out a new one in between some bigger pieces 😎
Trying to embrace the imperfections a lil with this one but I dig it.
Difficult piece to shoot in for some reason too.
Will definitely be doing a print run of this one since the last lighthouse went over well 🤓
Hit me up if interested!

A lil backstory to this piece. Years back I built this geometric cube head and shot it in for a photograph in the studio. It’s a landscape of Davidsonville, Md. where I grew up. The wasp’s nest is one I saved from the garage. It was glued onto the cube. And the finished photograph I’m using as a light source reference to dial in the rest of the painting.

Having a nice time being snowed in in the studio.
Every once in awhile, I have a day like today. Where I explore, go off script from my normal processes and really enjoy the outcome. I guess I’ll call that growth 🤓
Pretty jazzed up on this one.
