So you’re a photographer? Leave Instagram for a while.
The best photos I’ve taken lately never started as posts. They started as quiet moments, with no thought of engagement or reach. When I got off this app, I stopped performing and started creating again. I wasn’t chasing someone else’s edit, I was chasing light, my own composition, and curiosity. It reminded me why I picked up a camera in the first place. The irony is that stepping away from Instagram made me fall in love with photography again.
