My birthday just passed and I’ve been in deep reflection. As I get older, I am reminded that one of the best gifts I can give myself is the gift of health. Time to get back to prioritizing my higher self. I’m no longer focusing on how high I could jump and how far I could run. I’m starting over and am only concerned with what I can do in this present moment….stay tuned
