I’ve been building @clbhuis with my friend @brittbroadwood . One project we’ve been working on is a tarot deck, The Visionaries Tarot. Bringing 78 artists from around the world to work on one project. Together. And yes, I am one of the artists. Normally, I wouldn’t consider myself a visual artist, but the 6 of Pentacles was the last available card, and I couldn’t help but jump in and give it a shot.
This card represents the yin and yang of creativity: the generosity that comes with the highs and the longing for a helping hand when the lows inevitably come. The hand symbolizes when your creativity flows and you have something to give. The figure below represents the lows and the deprived. It reflects all that happens in the vacuum of a creative mind.
Be the wind in someone’s back, even if you must be your own.
