After completing their pitches, Erica Bang, Cielo Parras, Aleksandra Dominguez, Graysen Baxter, Ainsley Nelli, and Tatom Hoffmann were selected as the winners of our Best Deck Design award.
Their deck was well-designed with striking, on-brand visuals, and it clearly communicated their ideas to the client.

After completing their pitches, the Best Media Placement award was given to Mahider Moges, Zayneh Razzak, Kiara Alves, and Ruth Par.
Their placement was creative, on-brand, and it absolutely delighted the judging panel.
Spring 2026 has been a semester full of momentum. đ From a 1st place finish at NSAC to 9 campaigns built with strong, unified brand systems, each agency brought their ideas to life in a way that feels real, thoughtful, and ready for the world, from fully developed brand worlds to strategic storytelling and polished campaign rollouts. We are incredibly proud of every team and everything they created this semester.

This Spring, Texas Media & Analyticsâ Advanced Media Strategies course, taught by Theresa Andrews, partnered with Yahoo to create a Strategic Communication Plan for Kingsford Charcoal. Seven student agency teams identified key audience personas, developed a comms platform for the brand, created innovative media placements, and remained within the clientâs multimillion dollar budget.
A huge thank you to John Wagner and Yahoo for partnering with Professor Andrews to provide these students with such valuable, real-world pitch experience.
