A significant step forward for defence innovation at T-Works. We are proud to announce our partnership with Army Western Command, formalized during the visit of team from HQ Western Command. This collaboration marks the beginning of a structured engagement between T-Works and Western Army Command/ Indian Army to accelerate defence-led innovation. Through this MoU, startups from the T-Works ecosystem will gain opportunities to work closely with the armed forces on real-world problem statements, focusing on validation, iterative development, and deployment-ready solutions. The partnership is designed to bridge a critical gap: enabling indigenous technologies to move beyond prototyping and into active defence applications. As part of the visit, our startups also had the opportunity to showcase their solutions directly to the officers and engage in detailed discussions on next steps, creating a clear pathway from demonstration to deployment. We look forward to building a strong pipeline of mission-ready solutions emerging from this collaboration. #Tworks

It was our pleasure having Aditya Naag, Head – Innovation Excellence at Maruti Suzuki, visit T-Works for an engaging discussion on innovation and intrapreneurship. We explored how large organizations can cultivate a maker mindset within teams, empower intrapreneurs to experiment, and build stronger bridges between real industry challenges and the prototyping ecosystem. The conversation also focused on how T-Works can support innovation at Maruti Suzuki, not just through rapid prototyping, but through advanced engineering support across the product lifecycle, including system design, engineering validation, manufacturability, vendor development, and pilot builds. We discussed how internal teams and new cohort members can move beyond early concepts to building robust, deployment-ready solutions by leveraging structured engineering workflows and deep technical expertise. There was also strong alignment on creating pathways where employee ideas can transition from lab-scale prototypes to scalable, production-ready products, supported by integrated engineering, testing, and ecosystem partnerships. A valuable exchange of ideas on shaping the next generation of industry-driven innovation including intrapreuner innovation, with clear opportunities for deeper collaboration going forward. #Tworks

Honoured to have Sri D. Sridhar Babu, Hon’ble Minister for IT & Electronics, Government of Telangana, address the Dream. Start. Rise. Innovation Expo ’26 in Manthani. In his address, he spoke about the importance of taking innovation beyond urban centres and enabling access at the grassroots, where talent exists, but opportunity often doesn’t. His message strongly resonated with what Dream. Start. Rise. is working to build: a structured, consistent pathway for rural students to explore, experiment and innovate. The Hon’ble Minister’s encouragement reinforces the need for continued collaboration between government, industry and ecosystem enablers to unlock the true potential of rural innovation. At T-Works, we see this as just the beginning, building not just ideas, but belief, exposure and long-term pathways for young innovators to create meaningful impact. #T-Works

Honoured to host the Netherlands delegation at T-Works for a visit to our facility and an interaction with the startups incubated within the ecosystem. It was a pleasure welcoming Mr. Jan Reint Smit, Innovation Counsellor at the Netherlands Embassy in Delhi; Mr. Renze de Keiser, Senior Policy Officer from the Ministry of Economic Affairs in The Hague; and Mr. Ram Babu, Deputy Trade and Investment Commissioner at the Netherlands Business Support Office, Hyderabad. The delegation toured the T-Works facility, getting a closer look at the prototyping infrastructure and the kind of work being built here. They also spent time interacting with founders, hearing directly from startups about their technologies, the problems they are solving, and the journey of building hardware and manufacturing innovation in India. Visits like these create a valuable space for founders to showcase their work and for visiting leaders to see firsthand how ideas move from concept to prototype within the T-Works ecosystem. #T-Works

Honoured to see Kaiteki Innovations join the T-Works ecosystem. Assistive technology is an important and often overlooked part of innovation, and it is encouraging to see founders building solutions that make everyday infrastructure more accessible and inclusive. At T-Works, we believe deep-tech innovation should ultimately translate into real-world impact. Working with startups like Kaiteki Innovations and adopting solutions such as the GUKO Bidet within our own infrastructure reflects that belief in practice. Wishing the team the very best as they continue to build and scale assistive technologies that improve quality of life for many. #Tworks

We had the privilege of hosting Dr. N. B. Mazumdar, Chairman, International Academy of Environmental Sanitation & Public Health (IAESPH), Sulabh, during his visit to T-Works The discussion centred around one of India’s most critical and persistent challenges, public and community sanitation infrastructure. From wastewater treatment innovations to solid waste management technologies, the conversation reinforced an urgent truth: sanitation technology must evolve as rapidly as our cities do. Sulabh has been a pioneer in bringing dignified sanitation solutions to India whose core areas of work are in equitable, rural, urban & community sanitation solutions along with waste management technologies rooted in circularity & sustainability for the Indian society Today, the need of the hour is next-generation, scalable, tech-enabled solutions that integrate sustainability, efficiency, and affordability. At T-Works, we see immense potential in collaborating across institutions to co-create practical sanitation technologies that can be deployed at scale, especially for public and community toilet systems. #Tworks
