Meet the Sebs. Seb Brilleau and Seb Serra, friends since they were five years old, which means they’ve survived childhood, France, Mexico, and Barcelona together. That’s either a great friendship or a great story. Probably both. You’ll find them behind the bar at Joaquín Costa 52, doing what they do best
Two Schmucks was #7 in the world.
Before that one was mowing lawns. The other washing city cars for the city.

What was your first job?
A bar doesn’t live on ingredients alone.
It lives on the people behind the counter, the music in the room, the energy between strangers, the rituals, the late nights, and everything you can’t write on a menu. Some things are made with bottles. The rest is built every night.
From time to time, we open our house to friends who bring a little of their creativity into our home. Everyone is welcome to join us for flavours, experiences, and good music.
