What an absolute warrior weekend at the ISKA English Open yesterday!
Huge congratulations to my boys Alex and Alan two novices who stepped into the ring against fighters with way more experienceโฆ and absolutely smashed it.
Both of them fought their way to the finals and left everything in that ring. The heart, the courage, and the grit they showed was unreal. I couldnโt be prouder of them as their coach.
@twivee@soaresalanc_ you guys represented yourselves, @mementomori_k1_mt@mementomorimartialarts , and the sport with massive respect. Watching you grow, train hard, and then deliver when it mattered most has been an absolute pleasure. This is just the beginning for both of you.

I remember writing this track in 2018/19 (I think lol) and putting it down and leaving it. I thought it had potential but I wasn't quite in love with it at the time. A few years passed and I found it again sitting on my computer and I had this sudden urge to finish it. I knew it was something special.
I released it 4 years ago in 2021 and It went on to be @bbcintroducingsoutheast Track of the day and probably my most popular song.
Here we are in 2026 and 'Gotcha 'Til Then' has returned in a brand new form. Stripped back, live and raw as can be. I love this song and I'm so SO glad I finished it and threw it out into the world.๐
