Just when you thought banana bread couldnât get any better đ
This is not your average loaf. Think rich chocolate banana bread swirled with ribbons of silky pistachio cream, baked until fudgy, soft and borderline impossible to stop slicing.

Save this for your weekend bake, recipe linked in our bio!
This is what happens when you canât decide what dessert you want ...
Forget one scoop⊠weâre making a whole ice cream flight. @chrisdanielcahill turned melted chocolate and piping bags into the ultimate homemade ice cream cones, then filled them with creamy no churn ice cream in three unreal flavours: mint choc chip, raspberry ripple, and cookies & caramel.

Boiled eggs⊠fried in a pool of bubbling cheddar until the edges turn golden, crisp, and honestly a little outrageous. Crack one open and you get that perfect jammy centre with crispy cheese wrapped around the outside like a dream.

CHEFS MAKING SNACKS: @budgie_montoya âs Marmite char siu bao đ„
What happens when you take Britainâs most controversial breakfast spread to east Londonâs trendiest new Chinese restaurant? Very delicious bao, thatâs what.
We challenged Budgie, head chef at @cafe.kowloon , to do his worst with a jar of @marmite â and boy did he rise to the challenge.
It turns out Marmite adds a healthy kick of umami to a fluffy BBQ pork bao. Consider us converted. Petition to get this on the menu full time?

STICKY HOISIN CELERIAC SKEWERS from @helensgraham FOR TWISTED COOKBOOK CLUB đą
If youâre thinking âwhat the hell is a celeriac?!â... allow Helen Graham to school you. Sheâs long been on a mission to give veg a PR rebrand, and now sheâs even got a book where sheâs doing just that.
Her answer is these gorgeous skewers in a char siu marinade using the humble celeriac. Sweet, earthy and caramelised, theyâre pretty much guaranteed to convert a sceptic. Theyâre also deceptively easy, so you can whack them on a BBQ when the sun comes back out and impress all your mates.
It goes without saying thereâs LOADS more like this in Helenâs book Centrepiece, which is out now! Recipe for this one in the Twisted bio
