Half a decade after its launch and 20 releases deep, Twice Infinity arrives at the tenth installment of its main release series. To mark the occasion, label owner Specific Objects returns to four of his earlier productions, presenting fresh reinterpretations of the original material.
Borrowing a concept from Drum & Bass culture, these new versions are presented as „VIP Mixes“ – the artist revisiting and remixing their own tracks. Short for „Variety In Production“, the approach revisits some of Specific Objects’ most beloved pieces, translating their core ideas into the language of contemporary techno.
Some versions focus on rhythmic and dynamic refinement, while others reshape the originals entirely – without losing the subtle references that tie them back to their source. The outcome: four powerful, floor-ready cuts that feel both nostalgic and strikingly fresh.
