your portfolio needs to reflect what you actually look like, not just creative test shoots.
modelling is not a full time 9 to 5 and the income is not stable.
your look will not work for every client and that is fine.
be organised, reply quickly, show up on time.
it takes time to build a career and no one is getting booked overnight.
work with your agency not against them.
this industry will damage your self esteem if you are looking for external validation from it.
you need other skills.
and changing agencies every few months makes you look less credible not more
