Hi! If you’re a new friend here, let me introduce myself. I love bunnies and big pink bears (see Exhibit A & B); they make me so happy that I squint-smile. I’ve been running Rev, my PR & events baby, for 20 years, but I’m also proudly Queen Latergram because no matter how hard I try, I just never post on time everrrr. I also moonlight as UberMom, with a 5-star rating, but my passengers haven’t paid a cent and somehow scammed me into paying for everything!🤦🏻‍♀️😂 This year was a wonky one. I traded red carpets for main drain drama and renovations. My new BFFs were plumbers, contractors, and the Home Depot crew. Glamorous, I know. But now that the flood era has ended, I’m back to pouring JOY into everything I do, especially Joy & Joie events (my “let’s-make-life-joyful” playground). I love creating the kind of moments fill your soul, connecting good people, and obviously… curating a fabulous photo opp that’s perfect for a latergram. 💕✨ @joyetjoie @rev_pr

A moment of gratitude. At the end of Tuesday’s event (a.k.a. The Stairmaster Challenge), I took a moment to just be still and be appreciative. There are so many people and factors that come into play in creating an event, and I am so thankful for this one in particular. Thank you to my dearest Christina and her team at Melanie Lyne & Laura for choosing to “rev it up” with me for their 1st Mtl event🥹; to Massimo, Phil and Hilal for always welcoming me into your homes (Hilal, for being on speed dial & even offering to change my flat tire); to Nick for putting love in not only your culinary creations but for always filling my heart too; to John and his “JEGantic” heart who’s always game (from chauffeuring my kid to letting us cook at Yoko 🥹❤️); to Justin for coming back to life to make the kitchen collab all happen (so appreciate YOU 🙏🏻); to WGLS Miguel & AMR for going beast mode with our 10,000 boxes and even more steps; to event crew Jovie, Effie, Noralisa, Paula, Eric, Steph, Connie, Marie, Demi, Phil, Edmond, 514Christopher, Doxa Catering elite crew for each bringing your own magic to create this evening of fashion, fun & fitness (those stairs😮‍💨); to Mother Nature for hearing my prayers & not raining; to Leisa for PR sis sanity & parking; to my kids & bunny for keeping each other alive while dad’s away and mom neglects you; and last but never least…a heartfelt thank you to each and every guest for trekking through construction madness-playoff chaos-scaling steps in heels (and Carrie in crutches 🤯💪🏻⚡️) to join us and filling the space with your smiles, positive energy and strong posing game & dance moves! And if I forgot anyone or anything, please forgive me… I’ve been living on 4-5 hours of sleep so brain function is questionable.🫣 I may be tired, I may be limping, but I am so very grateful for all, the biggest thank you and love!💗

When I was younger, my ambition prioritized titles. Nowadays, I don’t care what people call me as long as they do call me. However, there’s still one title that I hold to the highest honour: “Mom.” This continues to be my best achievement and greatest source of joy and love. These kids drive me crazy sometimes, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Being a mom has allowed me to grow in unimaginable ways, given me resilience and showed me the meaning of unconditional love.❤️ Here’s to all the moms out there!🥂🥳 Wishing you a Happy Mother’s Day today and every day… because motherhood is a role we never get to check out from.😅💗🤗🌸🥰

Lately, I’ve been juggling more balls in the air than usual, feeling buried under the weight of each one. I’m trying to shift my perspective and remember that for every ball (whether it be a challenge or responsibility), there’s an equal blessing attached. Every ball also signifies the people who show up with love and support, the unexpected opportunities that arise, and the lessons that help us grow. Even when life feels overwhelming, there is always something valuable to gain, someone willing to lend a hand, and a reminder that we never carrying it all on our own.💗 …. and that concludes deep thoughts from someone who got knocked out and broke a rib from a giant ball.☄️😵‍💫😅
