Yesterday was the hardest decision that we had to make. After 13+ years, we had to put down Meeko. His health was declining rapidly over the past few days, and it pained us so much to see him not be himself.
Nearly 14 years of pure joy, his silliness, his stubbornness, will be all missed. We got to experience so much together, from moving FL to CA with us, multiple Corgi Beach Days, multiple camping trips, random car rides, and even being internet famous.
Waking up the next morning felt so surreal, not being to feed him breakfast and take him out for a walk. No matter what kind of days we have going forward, they will never be the same again.
