We political heads need to know that the local government staff are the landlords of the local governments, and we are just the tenants. I met with some of the staff; imploring them to be wary of the distractive antics of the enemies of progress in the state. I encouraged them to stay steadfast, stay effective, and stay focused. Itās important to know that stirring conflicts or getting caught in drama only pulls energy away from what truly matters. His Excellency is doing the good work of fulfilling his campaign promises, following the due process that guides democracy, the rule of law, and providing good governance to the people. Furthermore, I appreciated everyoneās passion and enthusiasm; itās what drives great work. At the same time, itās important to stay grounded and keep our efforts aligned with the goals at hand. We then commenced the sharing of the promotion letters. Over 2,000 eligible officers, from all cadres and departments, collected their year 2025 promotion letters, which is scheduled to take financial effect from November 1, 2025.

Today, making it 8 years that Serubawon left us, we commisioned the Otunba Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke leadership centre at the Adeleke University, Ede, Osun State. This building was donated by Hon. Bamidele Salam, the honorable member representing Ede North, Ede South, Egbedore and Ejigbo federal constituency of Osun State in the National Assembly. Legacy is not what you leave behind, but what you breathe into the future. BALL !
