Loading… 👀 A new season of roller dance classes are coming to Tucson!
Join us next Monday, March 30th at 5:30 pm at Floor Polish (701 N. Main Ave.) for our first ‘back to dance’ class where we’ll go over the building blocks of roller dance before we dive into April, a month that’ll be full of fun, challenging and community-centered dance! Like last time, classes are $10, 18+ and require you to BYOS (Bring Your Own Skates).

Super grateful for the opportunity to teach a roller dance class at @recreocamp to a group of inspiring young girls 🤍🫶🏽 This was my first class taught to children, which I’ve been wanting to do, AND my first class in Spanish!
I learned so much from these girls and their amazing teachers 🙌🏽 Hopefully a first of many 🤍

August schedule brings two new opportunities to attend a roller dance class!! For the month of August, we’ll have two classes on Sunday dedicated for beginner friendly moves and choreography!

There are two classes on Sunday:
🛼Sunday 9:30-10:30 a.m. Roller Dance Basics
Learn how to get comfortable on skates and practice fundamental moves for roller dancing. Each week we will review to strengthen previews moves and build onto what was previously learned. These classes will always be beginner friendly.
🛼Sunday 10:40-11:40 a.m. Roller Dance Choreo
Connect 3-4 beginner dance moves in an eight-count choreograph. Learn musicality and rhythm on skates. You can take this class alongside Roller Dance Basics as it builds upon the moves learned in that class. Think of it this way: the 9:30 class teaches you some moves and the 10:40 class helps you connect it together with music!
There is one class on Monday:
🛼Monday 5:30 p.m. Roller Dance Themed Choreo
Learn a beginner to intermediate choreographed dance with more nuance than the Sunday choreo class. This class also counts on themed classes and also serves as a space to learn more advanced moves in a workshop style, expect something different every time.
