👋 Meet Keith Jonathan Beegan—Director of Delivery Operations at Wavelo! Starting his journey at the Herd over a decade ago, Keith's career has evolved alongside his interests with work that spans several areas across telecom. Here what Keith had to say about his journey at the Herd:
"I've been with Tucows since 2013. I started as a Customer Service Advisor for Ting Mobile. I took advantage of opportunities that were available to me with trust and support from my managers and moved on to become Director of Customer Experience Operations. Since then, I've moved laterally and gained experience in different parts of the Wavelo organization, spending two years managing our SRE team and currently as Director of Delivery Operations for our PMO. I've always worked with lots of incredible people that inspire me to be better, and I know I can count on them."

With over a decade experience at the Herd, we asked Yulya to tell us more about how she got her start at Tucows. Check out what she had to say:
"Eleven and a half years ago, on my birthday, I received a call from EPAG with the news that I had landed a job as a customer service agent. I still remember that feeling — overwhelmed with joy and a little disbelief that I had found my dream job, even though at that point I knew absolutely nothing about the domain industry!
What followed was a journey I couldn't have scripted: from customer service and domain order fulfillment, to PDM at EPAG, to helping establish what is now the Registrar Operations team, and today leading that department as Senior Manager — five different roles, one incredible company.
I have always believed that if you find the right organisation, you don't need to start at the top. You just need to show up with hard work, curiosity, and dedication — and the right people will notice.
Tucows has given me exactly that. Opportunities, trust, and a culture where people genuinely care about each other. Eleven and a half years later, I still have that birthday feeling. And I think that says it all."
