😈🤔👼🏼
I made this with my friends in LA. Very grateful for Carter McCoy aka, Conor McGee, the man himself @williamerouse , the wonderful @jadenemeyer , the maestro @castleman_jr , Roland Smith, and, as always, @mollyfoxx .
Another big thanks to @top.shorts for selecting us as winners for best narrative film and best supporting actress.
Filmed on location at the best restaurant in LA @maurocafe_la .
So long ago
Certain place
Certain time
You touched my hand
On the way
On the way down to Emmeline
But if our paths never cross
Well, you know I'm sorry, but
If I live to see the seven wonders
I'll make a path to the rainbow's end
I'll never live to match the beauty again
The rainbow's edge
So it's hard to find
Someone with that kind of intensity
You touched my hand, I played it cool
And you reached out your hand to me
But if our paths never cross
Well, no, I'm not sorry, but
If I live to see the seven wonders
I'll make a path to the rainbow's end
I'll never live to match the beauty again
The rainbow's edge
So long ago
It's a certain time
It's a certain place
You touched my hand and you smiled
All the way back you held out your hand
If I hope and if I pray
Ooh it might work out someday
If I live to see the seven wonders
I'll make a path to the rainbow's end
I'll never live to match the beauty again
If I live to see the seven wonders
I'll make a path to the rainbow's end (I'll make a path there)
I'll never live to match the beauty again
(You'll never live to see the beauty, the beauty, that same same beauty)
If I live to see the seven wonders
I'll make a path to the rainbow's end
I'll never live to match the beauty again
(Oh well if I hope and I pray, well, maybe it might work out some day

I read the news today, oh boy
About a lucky man who made the grade
And though the news was rather sad
Well, I just had to laugh
I saw the photograph
He blew his mind out in a car
He didn’t notice that the lights had changed
A crowd of people stood and stared
They’d seen his face before
Nobody was really sure if he was from the House of Lords
I saw a film today, oh boy
The English Army had just won the war
A crowd of people turned away
But I just had to look
Having read the book
I’d love to turn you on
Woke up, fell out of bed
Dragged a comb across my head
Found my way downstairs and drank a cup
And looking up, I noticed I was late
Found my coat and grabbed my hat
Made the bus in seconds flat
Found my way upstairs and had a smoke
And somebody spoke and I went into a dream
I read the news today, oh boy
Four thousand holes in Blackburn, Lancashire
And though the holes were rather small
They had to count them all
Now they know how many holes it takes to fill the Albert Hall
I’d love to turn you on
lucky to work with lots of talented folks on this short film, including the marvelous @michelleyeoh_official

Last Wednesday, over 1000 Scientists around the world partook in peaceful acts of Civil Disobedience to warn the world about our failure to address the Climate Crisis.
As these brave scientists know better than anyone, and the latest IPCC report confirms, we need to rapidly end our use of fossil fuels. At current rates, we will blow past a narrowly closing window, within years, and put ourselves on the path to global catastrophe. Any delay only makes things worse.
Still, corporations and politicians are funding, and building pipelines, while we have all the tools and technology transition away.
Proud to support the 4 scientists in LA who protested. Disheartened to see them arrested by 50+ police in riot gear.
None of this was covered by any major news outlets.
The system doesn't want to change, but it has to.
We need all the help we can get. If you don't know where to start, I'm happy to talk.
