Did you know all our pizza dough is made with the Pale Ale?
The new pizza special this week takes Mediterranean inspiration with a garlic oil base, topped with dollops of house made whipped feta-pesto-ricotta, roasted red peppers, artichoke, roasted mushrooms, chicken, prosciutto, all covered with shredded mozzarella. It's hearty and full of flavor without feeling heavy, and pairs well with just about any light beer.

What would Boulder Loop do without us?
Actually it would probably be fine, there's a strong group of forest service members and volunteers dedicated to keeping it clean. But we like to help out when we can.
A few years ago Tuckerman Brewery adopted the Boulder Loop Trail through the Forest Service's Adopt-A-Trail program, so you can find Tucks staff up there from time to time doing maintenance. The priority of this spring cleaning was to clear out water bars, which directs the recent snow melt off the trails. We also junked in rogue paths, and got debris that came down this winter off the trail.
Boulder loop is one of our favorite local trails, and if you want to check it out for yourself, it's only an 11 minute drive from the brewery! The trail head is across the street from the covered bridge in Albany off the Kancamagus. The hike is about 3.5 miles with a causal 1000' in elevation, with a great view of the Passaconaway Valley!

A fresh batch of Cloudwalker IPA is hitting the shelves this week!
Last week we released our first batch of the season of Cloudwalker IPA. One of the newest beers in the Tuckerman lineup, it's a double IPA brewed with El Dorado, Mosaic and Galaxy hops. It's golden and hazy with sweet citrus flavors of tangerine and grapefruit, with an 8.3% kick.
You can find Cloudwalker on draft and in cans at the brewery, and it should be popping up in select beer stores this week!

It's Valley Clean Up Day!
The Tucks crew just did a lap collecting trash around the block and down West Main street. In just over a mile, they managed to fill 15+ trash bags. Great work, but also, yikes!
