some months ago, we performed "sticky clicky unpredicty" at @concoursnicati . here you can see a small snippet of the documentation done by @_lapataconera .
"sticky clicky unpredicty" is an experimental noise improv for three performers using mobile speakers and smartphones as sensor-based instruments. during preparations, I was super nervous, as it felt a bit scary for me to perform something with such a focus on movement and my own body in front of an audience. thanks to my amazing collaborators Anna and @venaurt , I felt comfortable in the end and it made me curious about exploring this new world more. we will present a condensed version of the piece as part of my diploma concert on the 22nd of May at PerformanceSpace369 at @progr_bern . see you there? 👀

Alex KH makes electronic music that shifts between extreme intensity and angelic calm.
He now presents his latest project, Cern — a new-age opera inspired by the gargantuan infrastructure built in the name of scientific progress. The work juxtaposes impossible blast beats, evoking particle acceleration, with lush, suspended pads that mirror the melancholy of empty corridors and the silent hum of dormant machines.
A meditation on transcendence, Cern explores the desire to escape the limits of the body and approach something god-like.
The project will make its live debut at Offy.
